Top 5 watches you should have!

I remember reading somewhere in a magazine, "A watch is not something your wear everyday but it is one of your accessories!". And today i finally realized how true that sentence is! Watches are something that some of us take for granted and for some who do not wear them at all God knows how they feel to not be living with a watch on their wrist! Just like any other accessories, you change your watch according to your outfit or event you are attending. They are different types of watch. And here are a short list of the type of watches i have collected for quite some time which i find is important in completing my outfit. There isn't a 'one watch fits all event' kind of watch, if you do find one however, do tell! I change my watch base on my outfit, watches and shoes are the little( or maybe not so little) things that are important in completing your whole outfit. Even though it is the last few things that i reach for as i am about to leave my house, i always plan earlier regarding which watch i should be wearing that suits both event and outfit.

I personally prefer swatch for the fun watches but i am keeping my eyes on Moschino fun watches, I love Casio, so i collect more of them.

The list are arranged in no order at all!

The FUN watch!

1. The kind that is colourful and shouts FUN when you wear them! This kind of watches are playful, bright and the kind you wear to picnics, day out in the park for a stroll and also a day at the beach or adventure park like Disney Land/Universal studio.

Moschino's designs varies from very loud colourful messy looking to minimal yet still fun looking watches. Same goes for Paul's Boutique, there are something loud yet calming about their designs to me. Swatch designs comes in more vary designs from minimal messy to super messy and loud. With Swatch you get variety of choices coming from something as simple as colour blocking watch or some messy patterns. And it also comes with the name known for making watches unlike the other two brands. Swatch is guarantee to give you quality of a watch you should be getting. 

2. The smart looking yet still casual.

This watch is framed with gold and comes with black or brown leather straps that are thin but to not too thin to show your slim elegant wrist. You can splurge or save on this watch. This is the watch that you wear to your subsequent dates on the weekends and the watch you wear to meet the parents! It never shouts too much about you, instead it speaks sophistication about you! The main thing here is not to use the watch to attract attention but to use it at your own advantage of flaunting your good attributes.

Everyone knows how much Casio can be trusted and be known to be the Japanese watch brand. The brand is known to be making watches, calculators and of course clocks! For something of quality, Casio watches are never overpriced, they do not sell for their brand but their quality, which is something i love about. While March Jacobs always comes with sleek looking watch that is ready to make you look smart, this watch is both casual and smart. It have that chic look on it.


3. The sport/gym watch.

The watch you use for marathons or any kind of sports, something water resistance and able to withstand all the workouts you are doing. Preferably digital one because you would prefer to be able to use a timer and a stopwatch using your watch. I stick with my the brand i trust the most, Casio for sports watch, some girls prefer Baby-G for their slimmer and shorter straps but i prefer G-Shock, even though they are bulky they make me 'awake' on the tracks! You can choose from various colours, something as simple as black or white or even bright yellow or pink!

4. The Gold watch!

Something that add colours and complete your whole outfit, enough said!

If you wish to spend more then go on and pay for that rose gold Michael Kors if not then just settle with Casio! I personally do not mind getting Men watch if i really love a certain design that is not available for Women! Rose gold plus a little bit of brown rubber would do good too! The combination makes the whole look softer. 

5. The watch that speaks YOU!

This may be unnecessary for some of you but this is the watch that is really something that is different and unique which describes you as a whole or just something that you wish to splurge on after that huge bonus! For me, i got the Betsey Johnson bling monkey watch cause it is pink and it have blings and it speaks playful and cheerful! However, if you wish for something sleek and versatile like yourself get the Moschino Scarf watch or Anne Klein double strap watch! Better yet, get something as versatile as a bracelet watch!
