Etude House haul

Initially wanted to buy the BB creams or foundation base but the BB creams are too thick for my liking and the foundation base are very thick also. A wee bit hard to blend too. Wanted the blushers but they highlight and give a glow rather than pink cheeks. Which i find redundant because i do not need another highlighter. Really wanted the BB creams that are in compact form but they only had one shade thus i was quite skeptical about it also i wasn't to sure how to use a cream foundations. Since i am so used to liquids and powders. So i end up getting skincare products, since my moisturizer ran out weeks back and the weather been getting cold thus my skin get dries up easily especially if i scrub too often. So i got a moisturizer, soothing lotion and toner. Initially i wanted to get only the moisturizer but looking at how cheap things were i decided to buy the lotion and toner too. I stopped using toner years ago but when i tried the tester for Skin Malgem i really like how moisturizer it is! And i was skeptical about the soothing lotion too but i end up getting because again when i tried the tester it was so moisturizer!

Looking at how dry my skin be during this cold weather i decided that maybe i need the lotion too!

Surprisingly the moisturizer does not moisturize at all but instead dries my skin more, well it makes the part where my skin are dry more dry and more obvious. So while i was spreading it around my face i could see dry skin spreading. I was extremely surprised! Because when i tried the tester it was very liquidty and moisturizer. However from the bottle that i purchase, it seems chalky and thicker! I pumped twice to fill my whole face and it still does not seems enough. I think the moisturizer is more like a sunscreen rather than a moisturizer! However i do not regret! Because i think when the weather gets hot as normal i would be able to use the moisturizer normally.

I love the toner, really cleans my face after cleanser and moisturize it at the same time! There are different type of toners to suit the skin needs but i picked this one which is hydrating and it smells good!

Lastly i got the soothing lotion! Best purchase ever! Because it really hydrates, moisturize and makes my skin supple. Rejuvenate all the good stuffs into my skin and it smells good too! Also, a little bit goes a looooong way!

Magic tint balm in 02 Magic pink(left) and 04 Red cherry(right)! I love these! Its just that when you first apply it will have some sort of smell which i do not like nor dislike. Really give the tint of colour and the colour is build-able! Wish i had gotten more of these babies!
