Should I really remove all three of my wisdom tooth(s) within a one month holiday? Should I remove all before I turn 19? Or should I remove them when they are fully grown?

I mean sooner or later I still have to go through the surgery and pain. But if I remove them when they re fully grown, the pain might be lesser as when they are fully grown, surgeon does not have to cut and stitch back my gums. If I remove now, my gums need to be stitch back! Which means swollen teeth. But I don't want to be irritated by my teeth when I am 22 or 25. The doctor estimated the teeth to be fully grown by 22 or 25.
